Urandir Fernandes de Oliveira was born with the purpose of guiding people along the path of enlightenment, through Science, Technology and Innovation (CT&I) with cutting-edge Research and Development (R&D). To accomplish these goals he created Dakila and the city of dreams: Zigurats.
